At checkout you will receive an estimated delivery date for your order based on your shipping method. Most orders are delivered 5-7 business days from order placement date, depending on delivery location, weather, other other elements.
Standard shipping charges apply and are based on the weight of your purchase/s.
Free shipping on orders $75+.

Returns & Refunds

Within 30 days of purchase we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items.
Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an original sales receipt with tags attached.

Please be sure to keep your invoice if you ordered online.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original pre-tax selling price.

Bring a grocery sized bag of clean, curated donations
to fancy-free for a fancy free token based on the value of the donation you bring.
(LIMIT 2 per visit)

*Please note: We do not accept men's clothing or shoes.
Depending on inventory need, some items may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Thank you for understanding.
